Roof Tie-Downs WA are a Registered Building Company that specialise in the compliant installation of holding down mechanisms required to mitigate the risk of roof failure. We install performance solutions (engineered) and AS1684.2 compliance solutions.
We address major structural defects to residential and commercial buildings to increase a building's lifespan and ultimate performance.
As the only roof tie-down specialist in the country, we service all of Western Australia and offer a full service solution from understanding scope, remediating work to the highest quality, and strictly follow the engineered solution.

Established in 2019, Roof Tie-Downs WA are an experienced team who have lived and breathed WA metal roofs for over 30 years.
Our female-lead management team are passionate about customer service and support the builders in delivering professional, efficient, ethical and vigilant service.

Tile to Tin Conversion
Changing from heavy to light weight roof cladding requires tie-down mechanisms. We can install tie-downs prior to re-roof at a reduced unit price. Builders or engineers compliance report received post install.

Major Structural Defects
Structural defects are areas that may compromise the structural performance of a building. We are qualified to assess and remediate raised defective items. We remediate to relevant Australian standards or to an engineered performance solution.

Engineer Certification
Our Engineer Certified Compliance Report includes structural certification and basis of certification calculations chart. Our clients receive this report post-remediation to satisfy insurance requirements.

Supply and Install
From initial assessment we determine requirements to meet minimum compliance. We charge per unit installed. Sometimes there have been tie down attempts, we acknowledge this and remediate if necessary.
